Delete your Wendlore account and data

Wendlore — motorcycle route & audio storytelling app

This page explains how to permanently delete your Wendlore account and the personal data associated with it. You can do this yourself inside the app, or request deletion by email if you can no longer sign in.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)

Open Wendlore and make sure you are signed in.
Go to the Profile tab.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
Confirm when prompted. Your account and data are erased immediately.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, email hello@wendlore.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject “Wendlore account deletion”. We will verify ownership and delete your account within 30 days.

What is deleted

When your account is deleted, the following are permanently removed:

Your account credentials (email address and password)
Your profile (display name, avatar image, and ride preferences)
All routes you created
All recorded rides, including GPS paths and ride statistics (distance, duration, top speed)
Group rides you organized and your live-position records
Badges and achievements earned

What is kept

Data	Retention
AI-generated location story text and audio	Retained. This content describes public places along routes and is not linked to your identity.
Anonymized / aggregated records required for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations	Retained only as required by law, then deleted.
Backups	Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged on the normal backup rotation (within 30 days).
